I'm guilty of forgetting to tell people about the Gourmet Salads catering options that we prepare too. It's possible for you to transfer from the packaging to a serving plate, put on the dressing, oh la la it will look like you made it yourself! Each of these salads serve about 8 people as a side. We can even order, glaze and bake a Dawson Road Butchery smoked ham and make the potato bake.
